One of my clients started a regular self-care practice this year that includes exercise, eating well and a monthly Reiki session. He is committed to staying healthy, balanced, and emotionally centered.
Watching his journey over the last ten months has reminded me how supportive regular healing sessions can be. Each of his treatments has gone deeper than the previous healing, bringing him profound insights and creative ideas.
A few months ago he was experiencing some internal conflict. He had to make a decision, and while his mind was saying one thing, his body was telling him another. Something was holding him back from what he thought he should do; what he thought was expected of him. The thought of disappointing the people around him was extremely stressful. He also felt like he was being selfish.
His session that month came at a perfect time. His healing provided him with a safe and peaceful space to release the fears and emotions that were keeping him from connecting with his deepest intuition, his own inner guidance. He felt so balanced and grounded afterward, that the decision he had to make was obvious and ultimately beneficial for all.
My client’s commitment to living consciously is giving him the clarity to manifest the creative, authentic and purposeful life he always dreamed of living.

This is uncanny, Jeri! My articles last week and this week cover the topic of overcoming limiting beliefs.

Your article is a beautiful illustration of what I’ve been writing about! Thanks!
That is so interesting. I always read your posts, but somehow I missed last week. I have been writing this post for about a month and finally finished it. I will be sure to check out your post THIS week! 🙂 I LOVE your blog.
Likewise! I think it’s cool that we are often on the same wavelength when it comes to topics to write about in our blogs!
Funny how we can feel “selfish” for wanting to do what WE want instead of what other people want us to do (or what we think other people want us to do)
We are always better off doing what we want. It’s our life and we are responsible for our choices, so we may as well follow our bliss.
…and our bliss just creates more positive energy all around!
Love this, Jeri! ❤️
