I have been working with the chakras for over 35 years and this is the best book that I have found on the twelve chakra system.
This book was written by Catherine Morgan, Franny Harcey, and Tim McConville. Franny and Tim are co-creators of Awakening Healing Axis, an energetic training program I have highly recommended before. Catherine has studied the AHA work since it was founded in 2017.
This book is good for beginners and experienced healers and mediators, which is kind of amazing. The simple meditations and exercises give you a direct experience of your energy system. It is profound in its simplicity and accessibility.
There is so much to gain and learn from your chakras. You can heal your physical body, calm your nervous system, access your inner guidance, and even make direct contact with the Divine Source. I know that sounds like a lot. That’s why I have given several copies of this book away.
The more time I spend with this book, the more I have gotten out of it. I have this book in my backpack and close to my meditation table. There is an eight-day exploration, which, I confess, took me about two months. I had to do some of these simple meditations every day for an extended period. I was ready for this book; it has opened me to so many new possibilities.
