Over the years, many people have asked me how I handle all the trauma, heavy emotions, and ‘negative energy’ clients bring to my Healing and Breathwork sessions.
I do set the intention and focus of the sessions, but it is the sacred space that holds, transforms, balances, and allows my clients to self-heal.
Being in that high state of consciousness with another person is so life-affirming. My clients constantly inspire me. I am so profoundly grateful to be doing this work.
I don’t have any answers to all that is happening now, but I do have the space.
