On August 5th, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., the Healing Touch of Northern California Community will meet via Zoom. If you are interested in healing, energy, or wellness, you are warmly welcomed.
When we gather in community—whether in person or virtually—we step into a shared energetic field. This field invites compassion and helps regulate our nervous system. In this space, we are seen, heard, and held. This presence alone can ease feelings of isolation, anxiety, and overwhelm.
Please join us for this special meeting to share what has been most helpful in your life and self-care practice. It might be a daily ritual, a mantra, a quote, walking in nature, a book, music, or simply a practice that’s been helping you through.
I will begin with a longer invocation than usual to reconnect us with our power and light. If you have something to share that may take more than a few minutes, please email me at jerilawson@mac.com so I can ensure you have enough time.
You also don’t have to share anything; your presence is enough.
Being around others who are committed to healing—both their own and others’—can rekindle your passion and new possibilities when you feel discouraged or depleted. You are not alone. You’re part of a living, breathing, (and Zooming) network of light.
