Healing is a mystery. As with most things in this dualistic universe, this is a good and bad thing.
As a business person, I just want to confess that learning how to market a mystery was not easy. I could write a 100 posts about this, but this post is not about marketing.
What’s good, like REALLY good, about the mysterious nature of healing, is how people are continually booking a Healing Touch and Reiki treatment for one issue, and after the session realize that other aspects of their body, life, and emotional/mental health have shifted and balanced in extraordinary ways.
Below is a quote from a woman who healed the physical tension in her neck and shoulders, even though she initially booked her session for entirely a different reason:
“After the healing two weeks ago I felt like there was a massive weight taken off my shoulders. I have been going to the chiropractor for the last two years for the tightness in my neck and shoulders, and it was helpful. But after my first healing with you, the pain completely left and has not come back. It doesn’t hurt to lay down, so now I also sleep so much better. My hips are also relaxed, and it is so much nicer to walk.”
Committing to your self-care has remarkable rewards. Scheduling a healing to reset your nervous system, rebalance your energy field and relax into the present moment may support you in ways that you can’t even imagine right now.

I recently received this quote from a woman after her third healing:
I would like to share a comment made by my friend and Healing Touch Practitioner Vivian Drewis about last week’s post:
Sometimes in a healing session, I become aware of my client’s energy field as a collection of frequencies that are subtly harmonizing. Every time I change my hand position, I sense a different tone. It’s like I am feeling sound. My clients are tuning themselves in the sacred space.
We are living in interesting times. Staying centered and grounded is practically a political act.
Are you afraid that if you start getting in touch with all the emotions you have in this moment, you might fall apart? That it would hurt too much? That if you became fully aware of your feelings you might never stop crying?
I could not sleep last Sunday night.
