The 7th Charka at the top of your head has to do with your connection to the divine. When first investigating the energy field with her tuning forks, Eileen discovered that the 7th chakra also has to do with time.
I found this fascinating. Divine Timing is a thing.
Even though God, or Spirit, is outside of time, our experience on Earth has to do with time. The cycle of day and night, the movement of the stars, the rhythm of our breath, and even our heartbeat are in relationship to time.
Feeling pressured by time is detrimental to our health. When we feel squeezed for time, it throws us out of energetic alignment. Time-pressure causes our biofield to shift out of the midline and out of the now. Worrying about time keeps us from being present.
Eileen states: Faith is knowing you have enough time to do what you need to do.
This illuminates so much in my own healing practice – and experience of life. I go out of my way to not feel time-pressured. That is one reason why I book my sessions so far apart.
I have also found that holding space for my client to ground (especially when I hold the feet at the start of a session) brings the 7th chakra into balance. So interesting.
