I now do private in-person Breathwork sessions. I wear a mask, so you don’t have to. I am also still getting tested weekly for Covid.
Here is what one client recently wrote me the night after her first post-covid breathwork session :
“I was really shocked to feel ok when I came out. That I felt joyful and visibly lighter. Physically lighter, like a huge weight had been removed from my body. Wow. It was super powerful. I’m a bit surprised and a bit in awe that I was able to do it. I thought I might get too scared. I thought I may block myself. But I trust you and I trust my breath deeply.”
