Clarity Breathwork: Bring It Into Your Life!

“I have been doing Clarity Breathwork sessions with Jeri for years.  Recently, I began doing some sessions daily on my own.  Even though the sessions are only 20 minutes or so, I can really feel a difference in the flow of my days, as well as how my body feels.  For example, my skin feels healthier, and my eyes are clearer!  Jeri told me a long time ago that I could be doing these on my own, and I’m so glad I finally took her advice!”

Private Clarity Breathwork sessions are incredibly powerful and healing. Many clients can start doing their own sessions immediately after their initial private experience. Other clients, especially those who are releasing years of stored trauma in their bodies, feel safer only breathing with support at first.

As I have written before, I breathed every day after my first session to heal my migraines. I encourage everyone to incorporate this amazing modality into every aspect of their daily healing practices and life.

Beginning your morning meditation practice with ‘just’ twenty connected breaths can quickly focus you into deeper stillness.

When you are triggered in the middle of the day, ten minutes can help you move through the arising emotions so you can handle situations with greater clarity.

Breathwork can also take your shamanic journey to a whole new level. So many people I have worked with who do journey work report fantastic results.

Last but not least, Breathwork greatly accelerates physical healing. If you are bedridden because of an injury, have your shoulder in a sling, or have lower back pain, Breathwork can really make a difference.

Jeri Lawson has a full-time healing practice in Oakland, California. She is available Monday through Friday for Healing Touch, Reiki, and Clarity Breathwork.
