Healing for Change

We have all had different experiences in this last year of sheltering in place, yet almost all of us are starting to slowly step back out into the world.

Many of us are not used to being around more than a few people at a time, seeing friends face to face, or even being in new spaces such as stores, other people’s homes and cafes.

All of this takes a lot more energy and attention than we are used to. What feels safe now? Our nervous systems are overwhelmed with all the new information. Do you feel more tired than you used to after doing less?

Regular healing sessions during this time can help you reset your nervous system as you acclimate to all the new stimulation. This helps keep you connected to your body and inner guidance.

Being kind to yourself also makes transitions much easier – even when the shift is expansive and positive.
