Bring Your Digestive System Into Energetic Alignment

A woman in a purple shirt performs Healing Touch therapy on a woman lying down in a yellow shirt, focusing on energy healing for digestive wellness.

You’re eating the right things, doing the right things, yet your gut still feels… off.

What if it’s not just about what you’re eating, but how your energy is holding it?

Your solar plexus, the energy center linked to digestion, is also tied to stress, control, and emotional overwhelm. When energy gets stuck there, your body can feel it-in the form of bloating, tension, or that constant knot in your stomach.

Healing Touch helps restore energetic balance and soothe the nervous system, so your gut (and your whole self) can finally exhale. Over the years, so many clients have balanced their digestive issues in my healing practice. I can’t believe I am just now writing a post about it.

Bring your digestive system into energetic alignment.

Book a Healing Touch session.

You Don’t Have To Be Stressed Out Or Sick To Greatly Benefit From Healing Touch

A close-up image of a white daisy flower with a yellow center, surrounded by green foliage in the background.

You don’t have to wait for something to “go wrong” to take care of yourself.

In fact, when life does become overwhelming, it’s much easier to navigate it when you have a regular self-care foundation.

Healing Touch is a beautiful and effective way to prioritize your well-being, maintain balance, and nurture yourself in ways that go beyond physical health.

I schedule a Healing Touch session at least once a month. Every time I leave that table, I am so grateful for the session. I feel so much clearer and optimistic.

Even as an Energetic Practitioner who experiences healing energy every day, receiving a healing provides a sacred pause—a moment to reconnect with myself and simply be.

Healing Touch: Opening To Your Intuition

A panoramic view of a serene ocean at sunset, featuring soft clouds and rays of sunlight emerging from behind a distant mountain. Several boats are visible on the calm water.

While Healing Touch isn’t specifically designed to open up intuitive abilities, I have witnessed so many of my clients relax into a space where heightened sensitivity and spiritual growth frequently happen.

Sometimes, just one session can create this opening for my client. More often, a series of healings unblocks their energy centers, and they find their unique spiritual gifts begin to emerge. These gifts include healing abilities, telepathy, mediumship, clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairaudience (clear hearing), spiritual guidance, messages, or visions.

Many clients realize, to their surprise, that they are extremely intuitive and have been using these gifts throughout their lives. It is a joy to watch people experience a deeper understanding of who they truly are.

A whole new realm of life opens up when you become aware of your intuition. Intuition often leads you toward choices that reflect your true values and desires, guiding you to a more authentic, meaningful, aligned life.

Intuition is a direct line to something deeper—your subconscious, your inner wisdom, or even a sense of the divine. Becoming aware of it can make you feel more connected to yourself, others, and the world.

There’s also a sense of wonder. Intuition isn’t always explainable, and that mystery can be exhilarating. It invites curiosity, openness, and trust in the unknown.

Healing Touch For Lingering Post Covid Symtoms

A close-up of a pink and orange rose blooming in a garden.

In my Healing practice, Healing Touch has greatly benefited clients with long COVID or post-COVID symptoms.

These symptoms include fatigue, headaches, brain fog, shortness of breath, anxiety, changes in sleep patterns, and inflammation. These conditions have left my clients feeling frustrated, depleted, and invisible.

Several post-COVID clients have told me they feel 80% better after only one Healing Touch session. This is amazing and wonderful, but unusual. In my experience, it takes several sessions, a week or two apart.

If you or anyone you know has chronic post-COVID issues, suggest a Healing Touch session with a Certified Practitioner. It is obvious in one session how helpful Healing Touch can be.

Self-Healing With Breathwork

A small white dog lounging on a colorful bedspread, looking relaxed and cozy.

In April, I missed twelve days of work because I was sick. I had that crazy coughing cold/flu thing that was going around. I was exhausted, but I did not have a fever. From what I was hearing from other people, I knew it could last for two weeks.

Canceling clients is my least favorite thing to do. Disappointing people is irritating, and I have to talk myself through it every time. Knowing I would be down for a while, I decided to fully surrender to the healing process.

It still sucked.

I had a lot of time alone to think and meditate. Unfortunately, I checked the news a bit too often, and I felt the weight of the world.

Breathwork saved me. When I felt overwhelmed, I breathed for a full hour. It released all the sadness and grief that had come up, and my body felt so relaxed, calm, and peaceful.

I felt so much gratitude for my breathwork practice.

As you can see from the photo, my dog Berkeley also helped me heal by lying around being cute.

Free Monthly Transformational Breath®Gatherings With Dr. Judith Kravitz

Breathwork saves lives. It saved mine and continues to support and keep me grounded in these ‘Transformative’ times.

“Transformative” with a capital “T.” At this point, I make sure I have time to do a short Breathe after I look at the news.

I envision, and am doing my best to manifest a world where everyone who wants Breathwork has access to it.

That is why I am writing you about this amazing monthly event. I did my first online Transformational Breath® in May. It was remarkable. Dr. Judith Kravitz, the visionary creator of Transformational Breath®, led the session.

Judith did a guided meditation, full Breath session, and then held a thoughtful Q&A afterward. It was at 8 a.m. here in California, and it was worth waking up early. I felt fantastic afterward: open, inspired, and clear all day.

Everyone can sign up; no experience with breathwork is required.

The next date is June 21st, 2025. See you there.

Dr. William Bengston: 1950-2025

This post was hard to write.

Portrait of Dr. William Bengston, a smiling middle-aged man with glasses, wearing a light blue shirt against a reddish background.

Bill Bengston has been a huge inspiration in my life and healing work.

I took a workshop with him in 2012. That workshop radically ‘expanded’ my paradigm of energy and the reality of what is possible.

On the morning of the second day of that workshop, I watched him eat a bagel for breakfast. I remember how significant it was that the bagel was not from New York. 🙂 I wrote down everything he spoke about during those fifteen minutes, including two books. I ordered them as soon as I got home.

My whole paradigm of reality shifted quite radically right after that workshop.

Anyway, on a less personal level, I discovered William Bengston’s transition from an email from CHI. Since then, I have been rereading his book, watching the last of his video interviews, and finding his latest research online.

I can’t even begin to describe the valuable contributions Bengston has made to the study of consciousness and reality. I will be writing many posts on his work. For now, check out a few of Bengston’s concepts of healing listed under Patterns in Energy Healing by The Psi Encyclopedia:

  • Neither the healer nor the patient needed to believe in it for it to be successful.
  • The most aggressive types of cancers were most responsive to treatment.
  • Some human patients genuinely did not want to recover from illnesses, and so would not return after initial positive results, or otherwise sabotage treatment.
  • After an injury, the sooner the patient was treated, the faster and better the results were.
  • The longer a patient had had a condition, the longer it took to cure.
  • Sometimes an initial aggravation of symptoms would occur, prior to cure.
  • Mice cured in the experiments also became immune to the same type of cancer, as they would not grow tumours even if re-injected with the cancer cells.
  • Water and cotton given psychic-healing treatments became curative if applied or ingested.

His book The Energy Cure: Unraveling the Mystery of Hands-On Healing is part memoir and part instruction. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in healing, consciousness, and the science of reality.

We lost a great human being and a brilliant mind. I am sure his work will continue in the limitless dimensions of consciousness.

Healing: What Is An Energetic Block In The Body?

A Healing Touch session can clear energetic blocks in your body’s energy flow.

An abstract image featuring four circular shapes with organic textures, overlaid on a swirling red and beige background.

What exactly is an energetic block?

An energetic block can be physical pain or tension. These blocks can occur in the body due to past trauma. Such trauma could include a car accident, surgery, dental work, or a sports injury.

Sometimes, a pent-up emotion can block muscle flexibility, mental clarity, and even that sense of well-being. Unprocessed or subconscious fear, guilt, or shame can also impede the flow of energy in the body.

There are so many reasons why we might be blocked. Sometimes our bodies simply forget how to relax, especially after a prolonged illness or a traumatic event like divorce. I find watching the news to be very “unrelaxing.” I always plan a decompression period after scanning the headlines.

My intention as a healer is to create a space where my clients can relax and self-heal.

Relaxing sounds so basic, yet it is a powerful state of consciousness.

The Healer Development Series: Starting, Growing and Sustaining Your Healing Practice

Last month I was on a Healing Touch panel on the benefits of having a healing business.

The panel is part of a long series of videos by the Healing Touch Professional Association (HTPA). These discussions are recorded and available online for HTPA members.

The panels cover issues and conditions such as brain injuries, addiction, spinal issues, anxiety, and Chronic Fatigue. The videos of these panels are excellent resources, and I have found them extremely helpful. I have learned a great deal by discovering how other practitioners have addressed the same issues that I have encountered in my practice over the years.

In preparing for this panel, two thoughts occurred to me that I would like to share.

The first point I really want to emphasize is that the world needs more Healing Touch Practitioners. Practitioners must be readily available to those who need them. I hope this panel inspires everyone to consider starting a healing practice if they are interested.

The second point is that I have always felt that when we assign financial value to our healing work, it makes it more credible. This elevates its worth in our medical and mainstream culture. This makes it possible for many people to schedule that first session.

After that first session, the work speaks for itself.

Shout out to Christine Salas, the Healing Touch Professional Association Community Director. She has really made this series the incredible resource it is.

Clarity Breathwork: A Very Versatile Tool

One private Clarity Breathwork session will give you access to an amazing healing process.

After my first session, I started doing Clarity Breathwork every day on my own, as well as having private sessions. I still have regular private sessions and use it often to ground my energy during the day.

Here are a few ways you can use breathwork to support you in your life:

1. If you find yourself triggered, like when you read the headlines in the news, you can breath immediately. Sit or lie down, then do ten connected breaths. See how you feel. Repeat if necessary.

2. If you do Shamanic journeys, you can use circular breathing to go deeper. THIS IS AMAZING!

3. When you can’t fall asleep at night, focus on the connected breathing. Continue until whatever energies are in your body are released or you fall asleep.

4. Create a personal ceremony with an intention. Focus on an issue that you are presently dealing with financially, medically, or creatively. Pick the perfect music. Set up an altar and a comfy private space. Journal, and breathe for fifty minutes to call in the vision you need at this moment in your life.

5. Use Breathwork to deepen your meditation practice. Do ten deep, connected breaths before sitting.
