It’s been a while since I last wrote here. Probably the longest gap since I started this blog in 2011. Life and work have been wonderfully busy, but I’ve missed this process of finding the words to reflect on my healing experiences.
These last few months have been quite remarkable in many ways. I am continuously amazed at our human capacity to heal, grow, and evolve.
Last Sunday, I also attended the Life Force Intelligence Healing workshop with Jane Hightower. There were about eight or nine of us in a beautiful hand-built Berkeley residence for the whole day. The workshop was incredible; I know this is material I’ll be studying and working with from now on. It is so much fun to be with people who are excited about energy work, consciousness, and healing.
