There are no words to express my gratitude for the healing breathwork session. I came to the session with and open mind and heart, but I really had no idea what it was or what it would be like.
What I experienced was phenomenal. It was a phenomenon. I have never in my 50 years experienced a more powerful healing modality. I went into the session with some emotional discomfort, grieving, and loss as well as some physical discomfort from an overuse injury. After only an hour, I had neither. I have never felt anything like the clear, sharp, calm, centered, bliss feeling I had after the session.
I have tried to describe it to people since, and it is nearly impossible. I have found that there is no way to “get it” except to experience it. I have shared it with many and those who have done a session have had similarly mind-blowing results.
It is the greatest healing gift I have experienced to date.
