“I just wanted to check in and let you know how moved I am by our breathwork yesterday. You are a healer and your gift is a bright light that I am grateful to have in my life. Yesterday’s session was very intense and the pain nearly unbearable towards the end. Your intuitive touch and your healing words gave me the strength to move through it…to stay with it…to heal the pain and survive the release. My guides showed me where I needed to go and when I hit the darkness (the deep past) I don’t think I was prepared for what I found there.
