Healing: Relax For Strength And Stamina

Some people may believe that to relax means to surrender, to lower your guard, or to give up. However, the exact opposite is true. Being relaxed actually makes you more resilient, flexible, and creative. When we are at peace, we become more connected to our intuition and higher consciousness.

Calming and resetting your nervous system relieves muscle tension, lowers blood pressure, reduces inflammation, and improves mental function. It definitely lets you sleep better.

What helps you let go, relax, and unwind?

A walk on the beach? Meditating? Netflix and popcorn? Long phone call with a good friend? Maybe a Healing Touch session?
