Affirmations For Changing Your Life

The affirmation that can create the most change in your life is the one that gives you goosebumps.

Affirmations can be extremely powerful when you find the words that deeply resonate with every cell in your body. Focusing and mentally repeating these words when you are emotionally overwhelmed in your daily life can get you through some pretty stressful times.

These are a few examples of affirmations my clients have  found worked for them :

“I am loveable.”

I am willing to forgive myself for _______.”

“This fear will pass.”

“I am safe.”

“I am willing to believe that life isn’t hard.”

The words “I am willing” can be a game changer when working with affirmations. Often beliefs and fears are so internally ingrained that our body does not believe any statement that contradicts that belief. The simple words “I am willing” in front of an affirmation can be the stepping stone to embodying a whole new way of experiencing life.

Affirmations can help your mind align with your most profound truth.
