Healing Touch For a “Hot Mess”

Last week one of my clients rushed into the healing space (fifteen minutes late) and froze a few steps inside the door. She looked blankly up at the ceiling, let the five bags she had been clenching in her fists drop to the floor, and stated: “I am a hot mess today.”

What a perfect time for a healing.

Once she was on the table, her biofield did feel warm, but her energy felt much more scattered, even chaotic around her head. She fell asleep instantly once I began working and released a lot of built up energy in her lower back and hips. At the end of the treatment, she was so relaxed that it took her a while before she could even get off the table.

She had received a lot of insights during the session; things she knew she had to address in her life that she had been actively resisting. Once she had deeply relaxed and felt balanced, she could consciously begin to process what she had been blocking out and pushing away.

Those blocks had been keeping her from grounding fully for quite a few weeks.

Even though she knew she had to make a lot of changes in her life, she now felt capable of addressing the process. She also booked another session for the following week.

Sometimes being a “hot mess” is the perfect time to get a healing.
